I've come to appreciate our mail-in elections as an effective block to Republican voter suppression efforts.
Of course, that doesn't mean anything unless you fill out the ballot that's sitting there on your desk and mail the damned thing in.

Vigilance must be maintained. Note that the other all-mail state, Oregon, is displayed in red. I have no idea what sort of restriction has been put in place there, but they've done something that might deny citizens their rightful votes.
As best I can tell, all of the Democrats running for SoS (even Kastama) have pledged to maintain, if not improve, ballot access. Wyman isn't necessarily bad on that count, but she's certainly less supportive of rights than are the Dems.
I voted for Drew, but I'll happily back whichever Democrat comes in second to Wyman in the primary.
