I find myself greatly regretting that I never got my derriere down to see her, at one of her many Jazz Alley appearances.
Didn't Johnny Otis also do "Willy and the Hand Jive"?
Indeed he did, Terry, and produced Etta's first record, among other achievments.
Only saw Etta once myself, in the early eighties. The impression remains indelible.
