Note: Kent Morrill, long-time lead singer for The Wailers, who along with The Sonics, established the northwest as a place for rock musicians to watch (and emulate),reportedly passed away of cancer, April 15.
Didn't see mention yet in the Seattle Times, but information can be found via the Google search engine; link to an Oregon music publication. Maybe there'll be a helluva wake?
