Governing this country with Republicans is like rooming with a meth addict.

You want to address real life problems like when the rent is due and they’re saying “How can you even think of that stuff when there’s police scanner voices coming out of the air conditioning unit?”

Unfortunately for those of us who consider ourselves independents, there aren't many other choices. Would that America had several viable political parties to support candidates.

Why? There's nothing about our form of government that calls for any parties whatsoever. The longest period of single party hegemony in the US, under the Democrats, is remembered as the Era Of Good Feeling.

I'm ready to feel good again.
