Either brown shirts, or the fufillment of H.L. Mencken's crack about, "Nobody ever lost money, underestimating the intelligence of the American public" come to pass.

Too many people are out there listening to clowns such as Glenn Beck and acting as if they are receiving the Golden Tablets from the power that governs the universe. How sad is that?

Well, you see if its Code Pink or MoveOn.org staging a protest, then that's OK. If it's conservative little old people or baby boomer types, then they're thuggish Brown Shirts. Strangely, there were some town hall meetings in 2005 that had very similar protests but nary a liberal voice complained. Hmmm.
