I can't help it.

I hate to seem so 'all Sarah, all the time,' but I'm compelled to speak out again, because this time the attacks truly have gone a step to far.

C'mon folks, you know as well as I that Sarah knows there's no "...department of law there in the White Houseā€¦". "Department of law" is, as every Alaskan schoolboy knows, just folksy shorthand for "Department of smarty pants ivy leaguers who think they know so much but can't even gut a fish."

Please kids, play fair.

Governor Palin might be referring to the U.S. Constitution, when she takes issue with what she calls the "Department of Law."

While some things going on with the U.S. Treasury now might be debatable, the soon-to-be-ex governor might do well to remember that the last president - whom one can assume she supportedly whole-heartedly - not only was reported as calling the Constitution, "just a (expletive deleted) piece of paper," as well as certainly exceeded his powers to wage war; withouth calling for a formal declaration of war from the U.S. Congress.

Of course, it didn't help that Congress gave the president carte blanche to do whatever he felt he needed to do, in order to protect the country. It was reminiscent of another congress that decided there might be something to those rumors about the Gulf of Tonkin.

But I digress.
