At least Ronald Reagan had the ability to communicate, through the spoken word; thus earning him that moniker, "The Great Communicator."

Whatever Governor Palin's gift is elludes many of us, even those who want to be fair and give her the benefit of the doubt; that she has something that special, we can't appreciate.

My hunch is that if, by dint of some special set of circumstances almost constituting a miracle, the Republican party installs Sarah Palin at the head of its ticket in 2012, President Obama will indeed become a two-term president.

But hey, that's just my opinion after all, and I could be wrong.
