Problem, who's watching the wathcers? With so, so many reports of abuses of Governmental power in general, not just that of the police, I for one am afraid to vest any more. I am also in favor of stronger civilian monitoring of police procedure. I also hate such things as the "no-knock" warrant. Perhaps you heard about the elderly lady here in Atlanta that was killed in her own home in a botched police raid?
