Stuff I learned on the internet.

The top five authors of political books during the last decade have been prominent Democrats (Barack Obama, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Al Franken and Hilary Clinton, respectively).

I didn't know that until I read this.

If memory serves, "The Revolution - a Manifesto" by Congressman Ron Paul was on the New York Times best seller list, albeit briefly. The chapter on the reasons to legalize marijuana alone, was worth it.

Admittedly, I simply got a copy through the Seattle Public Library, since my budget precluded purchasing it.

"End the Fed" (another library book) is also not a bad read. Hey, if Bernie Sanders can partner with him on that, can it really be that bad an idea? That's meant as a rhetorical question to which there is no easy answer.

Now that G.W. has a book out on his time in office, and has made the trip to the Oprah show, wonder if that will be one of the GOP? Stranger things have happened.

For the record, I was for the big tall guy from Massachusetts in 2004, the one who actually served in Vietnam.

Terry,
Check out Matthew Norman for a review of W's ghost written honorific to himself. Very funny.

Actually, Terry, you pose a hypothetical to which there is an easy answer. It canreally be that bad an idea.

We've really gotta work on your Ron Paul fixation...
