Jeffrey Rosen notes that Utah's Senator-elect Mike Lee's has a view of the Constituion that is based in "legal conservatism and constitutional scholarship but at the same time is genuinely eccentric and extreme."
At the risk of stating the obvious, "legal conservatism and constitutional scholarship" are eccentric and extreme.
Un-American, too. Inherently.

"legal conservatism and constitutional scholarship"...what the hell does that even mean? I've parsed it for 20 minutes and still don't understand.
Legal conservatism...don't change the law?
Constitutional scholarship...what does a 3 page document mean? It's in the first line. Freedom.
If it's not un-American, it definitely shows a lack of understanding about what America is.
Oh, it's un-American. Trust me on that.
